Zarrin Ghazal Co. started production of Daity ice cream in 2005 and Apada dairy production 2008. At the present time, the company is capable of producing over 300 tons of ice cream and 150 tons of dairy products per day. The staffs of 1500 are working for the company. The company is established in an area of 7 hectares with a superstructure area of over 37000 sq/m.
In a short time, Daity ice creams has been able to achieve popularity and succeed in gaining quality signs such as sign of ISlRl (Institute of Standard of Islamic Republic of Iran), signs of quality management (IS0 9001 -2008). (IS0 22000), sign of HACCP, Halal sign, Title of "the best dairy production unit in Fars in 2008, granted from department of supervision of food, beverage, cosmetics and health, competency certificate of colleague Lab (by ISIRI), and also acquired a token of appreciation for outstanding entrepreneurship in Iran, the golden token for marketing management in Iran food industry. Apada Dairy Products has also made attempts to attract satisfaction of consumers with respect to their health by acquiring sign of ISIRI & Halal sign.
One of the outstanding characteristics of Daity ice cream and Apada dairy is the very high quality of the ingredients and milk consumed in the production of such products. With respect to the fact that animal breeding unit is under the control and possession of the company, it plays a remarkable role in the quality of the final products. Another characteristic of Apada dairy products is the application of no additives. The goals of the company are established on four principles:
